Grand Museum Hotel, BW Signature Collection, Delft

The hotel is ideally situated near many attractions in the center of Delft, making it easy to explore the quaint town. The rooms, however, leave much to be desired-some feel quite dated and lack proper amenities. The staff attempt to be accommodating, but there are gaps in service, especially regarding room assignments. Overall, while the location provides a great advantage, the experience could be significantly improved with some renovations and better management of guest needs.
